Make a thyme infused oil
Put 8oz of Beeswax and 4oz (8 tablespoons) of infused oil in a double boiler on the hob
Heat gently till beeswax has melted into the oil
Take glass bowl off saucepan let cool for about 20 seconds

Pour salve into glass jar, cover and leave to solidify

This can be uses for aching muscles and rubbed on the chest to help heal coughs/colds/chest infections
1 fluid oz Grapeseed oil (aprox, I didn’t have a small enough measuring container so I guessed)
Clary Sage 4 drops
Rosemary 2 drops
Lavender 2 drops
Diluted rose 2 drops
Diluted Jasmine 3 drops
This is my thyme infused oil in progress. Large handful of thyme from my garden placed in a glass Jar and coverd in olive oil. I have to shake it every day and leave it in the sun for it to infuse properly. It takes up to six weeks depending on the strength wanted.
Once it’s ready I will make a muscle/chest rub salve with it
